As Portfolio Services Partner at Kapor Capital you will be responsible for helping the tech startups in which we’ve invested to be more successful as they grow; by success we mean (1) achieving a high degree of social impact in the core business; (2) creating positive financial outcomes; and (3) creating an inclusive and welcoming culture and becoming an employer of choice for employees from a wide range of backgrounds.
This role is a new one at Kapor Capital and will be based in Oakland. You will collaborate with the partners and team in defining the strategic direction of your work. Following agreement on priorities, you will have a lot of autonomy in defining initiatives and activities, working with companies and responding to developments in the tech ecosystem.
