The Principal is a critical role in our company, and is an excellent springboard to building a long-term career at Human.Capital in client management, talent acquisition, career and talent development, and growth marketing.
We are seeking CS majors or tech saavy professionals with a strong academic track record who are early in their careers and want to merge their technical expertise with their love for working with and helping people.
Specific responsibilities of the Principal role:
- Build deep relationships with the world’s top undergrad engineers, and serve as a trusted career advisor as they navigate the journey between their Junior year and graduation to identify and choose the ideal first job.
- Guide & counsel engineers through the match-making process with top-tier, high-growth, venture backed technology companies – from company identification through offer. Support our portfolio companies’ growth and success by matching them with great engineers.
- Drive high levels of engineer NPS, and successfully bring the world’s best graduating engineers into our long-term engineering member community.
- Participate in the ongoing development of Human.Capital’s company and culture.
