We are hiring for an associate to join our team in our US offices
Responsibilities:
• Supporting team across full life cycle of venture investments – sourcing, diligence of new investments, portfolio monitoring, support and reporting, and exiting of investments
• Preparing investment materials including investment memos, building capitalization tables, forecast models and return analyses
Professional and Personal Qualifications:
• At least an undergraduate degree in biological sciences, bioengineering or medicine. Additional advanced degrees MS, PhD or MD training is beneficial
• 2-3 years of strong business and financial analysis work experience in the healthcare and life sciences industry, in venture capital, investment banking, equity research, management consulting or in business/corporate development with a healthcare/life sciences company
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English. Additional business fluency in French and/or Mandarin Chinese beneficial
• Ability and desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment
