Antler finds, enables, and invests in the next generation of founders who address the world’s greatest opportunities and challenges. Antler was started in 2017 in Singapore by McKinsey, Google, Spotify, Harvard, MIT and Stanford alumni who went on to found successful enterprises worldwide. We believe anyone with the right talent, drive and ambition can change the world. This summer, the first Antler program with ~65 talented and passionate founders has kicked off in Singapore, while the first European cohort launches in January 2019. We’re a growing team determined to make Antler a big success, initially in Singapore, then in Stockholm, and soon in more cities around the world!
The Opportunity:
We are currently looking for top performing students for various internship roles, both full-time throughout the spring and summer (from July and onwards) and also part-time during the school year. We are seeking diverse profiles with backgrounds in Marketing, PR/events, Recruiting, Entrepreneurship, Investments/VC. Our interns will get to work with both the Antler team and our world class Founders we are supporting to build disruptive tech companies. For all the profiles we are looking for, a genuine interest in technology and the startup scene is a must!
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will depend on your background and interest areas, but all of our interns will get exposure to a number of business areas. Example tasks for our interns include:

Support Antler team and our portfolio companies with operational tasks including Program (work on ideation, business modelling, and strategy with our founders) including Marketing (e.g. manage and continuously optimize our Google AdWords and Facebook campaigns) and Recruiting (support the management of our recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn pages)

Work with our Marketing & PR Director to manage and coordinate marketing efforts

Work with our Recruitment Director and other senior leadership to execute different recruiting strategies

Work with our Program Director to plan, coordinate and execute the program

Help setting up and organizing unforgettable events, the Antler Program, and community network activities

Other marketing, recruiting, fundraising and administrative tasks to be specified that are associated with the varied nature of this role
