XponentialWorks is looking to bring aboard a paid intern to help with marketing, fundraising, branding and social media management. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain some experience or anyone else looking to work with a great start-up company in the technology and venture capital industries. Our internship program is designed to nurture future leaders in a start up and venture capital enviornment. This is a paid, but temporary intern opportunity.
As an intern at XponentialWorks you will gain insight in:

- Strategic planning

- Packaging companies for next rounds of funding
- Series A & B deck preparation
- Branding
- Project management
- Managing and developing mission critical systems for portfolio companies
- Fund raising project planning and execution
- Sourcing and nurturing institutional investors while working with a respective team to pitch their company and close the investment. This includes due diligence assistance with the investor.
- Packaging companies for next rounds of funding
- Identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities through in- depth industry research, financial analysis, and preliminary due diligence.
- Providing Digital Transformation team support including:

- Preparing corporate client transformation decks, developing new business plans, identifying areas for innovation in existing business model, develop go to market strategies, and project management.
- Social Media management for XponentialWorks & portfolio companies:

- Coordinating with Marketing and Graphic design team to develop brand narrative, curate content, and form social media calendar.

- Monitor social media platforms, engagement, and posts in coordination with dedicated social media manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or MBA. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Interest in Ventura Capital companies, marketing, and branding.
- Able to communicate effectively across all levels of the business
