We are now actively recruiting for a Portfolio Management Associate to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
•Investment team and portfolio liaison: Work with management teams and Round Hill Ventures colleagues to complete high quality projects to deliver value to portfolio companies (both quantitative and qualitative), e.g. market and competitor insight, commercial and operational data analysis. 
•Communicate outputs: Both in written and verbal form, for a variety of audiences from the board down 
•Project implementation: Support management on the implementation of projects and agreed actions Independent work: Be able to work autonomously with support from senior members of the RHV team 
•Relationship building: Build productive relationships at all levels in portfolio companies that inspire trust and enable the candidate to be effective in their role. Assist in building constructive relationships with other RHV colleagues and third parties or consultants 
•Teamwork: Work with the company group executive, finance and central functions to drive insight into performance and focus areas for the investment 
•Target-driven methodology: Ensure a strong, on-going operational focus, regularly reviewing financial and operational performance of the portfolio companies and ensuring agreed goals are achieved
Candidate Profile
•Three years’ minimum experience in Portfolio Management or Strategy Consulting 
•Experience with prop-tech is a positive but not a requirement 
•Thrives inter personally – able to build relationships with both management teams and RHV’s investment team
•Ability to work in a merit-based environment and take initiative with regards to the work they do
