- You have outstanding problem-solving skills and you think entrepreneurially
- You already have relevant work experience (1-5 years, eg in management consulting or auditing)
- You have very good analytical, conceptual and communication skills
- You are highly motivated, empathic and have the desire to work in an energetic environment
- You are a team player and enjoy the direct exchange with entrepreneurs
- You speak German and English fluently
- You are safe in dealing with MS Office (PPT, Excel, Word)
