Detailed responsibilities includes but not limited to:
- Lead team’s effort in healthcare M&A transactions in healthcare service sector in Europe
- Source and structure transactions in size of $100m-$5Bn
- Manage deal due diligence process with both internal support and 3rd party providers
- Present investment presentations to investment committee
- Other responsibilities assigned by the top management
Desired experience and characteristics:
- Must be a proven deal maker with minimum of 10 years of experience in European healthcare industry M&A, including Private Equity, Corporate M&A, and investment banking
- Must have deep understanding of European healthcare service industry
- -Must have ability to source proprietary deals
- Knowledge of Chinese is a plus but not required
