VC Associate @ DB Intrapreneurs in Frankfurt, Germany

As soon as possible we are looking for you as Associate Intrapreneurship (w / m / d) for the Deutsche Bahn in Frankfurt am Main.

Your tasks:

• Your central tasks include the coordination and organization of all workshop and event formats of the “Engage” as well as the “Design Phase” of the DB Intrapreneurs program
• You are responsible for the conscientious preparation, organizational implementation and documentation of the program-accompanying events
• You are actively involved in the conception and further development of the workshop and event formats
• You will accompany the workshops as a junior coach and build your methodical knowledge and your competence in business model building.

• Communication is the central marketing tool for DB Intrapreneurs. You are responsible for setting up campaigns, blog posts, cooperations and interdepartmental projects and supporting the conceptual development of the brand DB Intrapreneurs
• You identify relevant technologies, business models and market trends and evaluate business ideas submitted as part of the scouting as well as possible program participants
• You actively participate in the further development of the DB Intrapreneurship Program – with regard to our organization, our cooperation and our offered service portfolio
