ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Dealflow:
- Source potential investment opportunities
- Coordinate and lead DueDiligence-Processes (incl. Management of external service providers)
- Prepare Investment Proposals for our Investment-Committee
- Dive deep into financial models of diverse (& fascinating) business models along the Best Nights consumer journey
- Venture Management:
- Support our portfolio companies as they grow their business and help prepare future fundraising strategies
- Monitor the portfolio performance and support the collaboration within our vast network
YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, IF YOU:
- …believe that there is a truth in numbers and you are much better in analyzing them than others
- …love to support and guide our ventures and the whole team through the perspective of figures
- …have experience in VC, PE, IB, M&A, Consulting or other related roles and were involved in investment decision-making processes
- …enjoy working with us in a team room, but can also independently from whereever you can focus best
- …are fluent in English and almost fluent in German
- …like team events and our family-owned mother brand as much as we do
- …get excited about our mission “The Best Nights of Your Life” and the way we approach it
