This Principal will our lead growth equity investing platform, responsible for developing proprietary deal flow as well as transaction structuring and execution. They will serve as a trusted partner to the companies we invest in, taking on board roles and working with Jump’s operating team to support those founders. The Principal will work closely with the entire investment team, leveraging the industry depth and expertise of Jump’s venture team to identify new areas of investment. We aspire to have this Principal be a critical leader in all Jump investments, inclusive of growth and venture.
Profile Desired:
The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years of work experience, preferably in growth equity, strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital or private equity. Alternatively, experience within business development or corporate development functions would also be good preparation for the role. An outgoing personality will also be key for cultivating a strong personal brand with a network of founders and investors to create proprietary deal flow.
