Nine Four Ventures is seeking a Chicago-based Analyst to join their team.
The analyst will be responsible for:
– Identifying and sourcing investment opportunities
– Managing and operating pilots across Laramar assets as well as our partners and network
– Pitching investment opportunities internally to the Nine Four investment team
– Executing investment activities: due diligence, financial analysis, modelling, and valuation
– Monitoring the performance of the investments in our portfolio
– Assisting in firm operations
Ideal candidates will have:
– An unquestionable track record of integrity, professionalism, and character
– A minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in venture capital, strategy consulting, investment banking, or private equity
– Interest in the impact that technology will have on real estate and the built world
– A track record of academic and professional success
– Have high motivation, initiative, and intellectual curiosity
– Strong analytical capabilities and financial modelling experience, as well a strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
