aMoon Growth is our mid-late stage HealthTech platform investing in mission-driven companies. We partner with exceptional management teams that have the potential to Accelerate Cure and reach significant value inflection points in the initial years following our investment. Companies operate globally in a diverse ranges of fields, including the biopharma, tools & diagnostics, digital health and medical device sectors.

The Growth Associate will take an active role on our investment team, leading aspects of our diligence efforts – both primary and secondary research and preparation of investment memorandums. The Associate will work in collaboration with aMoon’s larger team of scientists, physicians, and platform staff who have dedicated themselves to advancements in science, medicine, and technology. Armed with a strong financial and analytical background, transaction experience, a team orientation and a passion for healthcare and technology, you will play a central role on our Growth team, translating our diligence effort into investment insights.

The Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual with strong investment acumen and project management skills to complement our Growth investment engine. The Associate will be a core member of the Growth investment team and assist with evaluation of leads, financial, market and competitive analyses of investment opportunities, and delivery of comprehensive diligence findings. Investment processes include analysis of preclinical, clinical and commercial data, interviews with KOLs and domain experts to assess unmet needs, evaluations of product: market fit, market/financial analyses, and preparation of investment documents. The Associate will work with team members across aMoon, assist board members with board meeting preparation, and work with the Alpha (portfolio services) & Insights (business intelligence) teams to add value to our portfolio companies.

You are highly analytical and detail oriented – a team player with strong interpersonal and listening skills and excellent written and oral presentation capabilities.

Requirements

· Academic degree with academic excellence

· Post MBA degree – advantage

· International education or work experience – advantage

· Background in healthcare – advantage

· Minimum two years work experience in investment banking, equity research, venture capital/private equites, public market investing

· Fluent and confident presenting, writing and reading in English – a must

· Hebrew – advantage
