Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the growth of our talent community comprised of technologists from companies like Facebook, Google, Amazon, Apple, and others who are passionate about social impact
- Meet with founders leveraging technology to provide socially impactful solutions in healthcare, financial services, and/or education
- Collaborate with leadership to develop a strategic plan to maximize partnership opportunities
Your Background:
- Demonstrated experience in managing 1:1 and 1:many relationships, ideally in recruiting or community building
- Demonstrated interest in leadership, recruiting, and/or talent management
- Self-directed and able to take projects from concept to delivery
- Equally capable of thinking strategically and managing tactical execution with a strong business mindset
- Excellent presentation, communication, and social skills, with strong attention to detail
- Currently enrolled in the final year of an undergraduate degree or enrolled in an MBA program or equivalent
Nice To Have:
- Prior experience in Venture Capital, Start-Ups, Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, Private Equity, or Retained Search / Recruiting
Offering and Conditions:
- This role shall be for 10-20 hours/week for the next 3-6 months
