Responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating and developing new investment opportunities from our acquisitions pipeline together with a multidisciplinary team of scientific PhDs, MDs, lawyers, and entrepreneurs
- Produce ad-hoc financial, industry, and competitive analyses for atai and subsidiary venture management
- Prepare presentations and communicate findings to the leadership team and the whole atai team
- Support to set up processes and business functions at our subsidiary ventures
- Directly support the atai team in operational and administrative matters
- Take-over own projects which add value to atai and our ventures
Qualifications
- Outstanding Bachelor’s Degree, preferably from a top tier university in Business Administration, Finance, or any MINT/STEM or related field
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (optional, minimum is a completed Bachelor’s degree)
- Proficient command of German and English in a professional context
- Prior internship/working student experience in venture capital, high-growth startup, consulting and/or investment banking
- Comfortable in fast-paced small company environment with minimal direction and limited structures
- Highly analytical mindset
- Excellent project management and MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
