Libertus Capital (LinkedIn, Crunchbase) is looking for a hard working and passionate Associate to join our team. We are looking for someone who has a demonstrable track record of outstanding achievements with 2-4 years of work experience, either as an entrepreneur, or within a high intensity and challenging environment.
The key skills we are looking for are:
- -constant, unquenchable, and relentless curiosity
- unusual ability to build meaningful relationship with the best founders and teams
- passion for and deep knowledge of the blockchain / cryptocurrency / decentralized protocol space
- outstanding work ethic
- a track record of operating across multiple cultures
- native or quasi-native language skills, although not a must – ideally one Asian language (preferably Chinese) and/or one European language
We prefer candidate who have an engineering, science, or computer science background, but we are open to others too.
