OPEN POSITION: Investment Associate
This is an opportunity to join the Investment Strategy Group (ISG), supporting all facets of the investment program, including: investment selection, fund and co-investment due diligence and monitoring, asset allocation, performance analysis, risk management, macro and market research, and portfolio strategy. This role offers a high degree of collaboration with senior team members and the ability to drive results for the organization and our families.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluation of investment managers across public markets and private markets, including private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, fixed income, equity, credit, and real estate
- Monitoring existing managers and co-investments
- Building and maintaining investment database and forward calendar of potential opportunities
- Developing proprietary research on asset classes and capital markets
- Conducting performance measurement and attribution
- Supporting investment operations and technical systems
- Improving and developing proprietary quantitative models and forecasts
- Continuing to drive improvements in the due diligence and monitoring process
- Working closely with family office teams on the execution of portfolio strategies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in buy-side investing, equity or fixed income research, investment banking, consulting, or other quantitative role with a proven record of academic achievement
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or another quantitative field from a top university
- CFA and/or CAIA preferred
