Responsibilities:
· Primarily support NAGA’s investment team with extensive financial modelling, including sensitivity analysis to support potential investment opportunities
· The Analyst will help screen, analyze and execute investments into portfolio companies, including support throughout the entire due diligence process
· Interact on a daily basis with NAGA’s Partners and Portfolio Company CEO/CFO/COO’s and Board of Directors members, providing business related analysis and assistance when needed
· Assist NAGA’s operating partners team with their projects when needed – ie) implement strategies for portfolio companies to increase revenue, improve operations, strengthen financial controls and increase shareholder value
Qualifications:
· Looking for mature, responsible and self-motivated analyst to complement the existing investment team with 3-5 years of relevant industry experiences
· Strong quantitative and finance skills (with an emphasis on enterprise valuation and corporate finance skills)
· Solid financial modeling skills and excellent command of Microsoft Office tools
· 3 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity investing, or accounting is a must
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Clear, concise writing skills in English
