Humus Capital (Linkedin, Crunchbase) is looking to strengthen its investment team by adding a young professional at the Analyst and/or Associate levels. Such role will involve:
- Identifying and analyzing potential investment opportunities
- Developing financial/valuation models, sensitivity analyses, transaction multiples comparisons, etc
- Participating in the deal structuring and negotiation
- Supporting the fundraising process by developing marketing materials
- Managing and coordinating the deal process with external advisors
Background
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting or similar
- Minimum of 2-3 years of prior experience in Management Consulting, Investment or Corporate Banking, Private Equity/Venture Capital, or Corporate Finance at prominent companies

- Creativity – ability to conduct market research/source data in contexts of limited public information, to develop alternative solutions to business issues, etc
- Outstanding analytics – ability to analyze data in detail, understand causal relationships, and draw insights/implications
- Expertise in financial analysis/modeling (ie, Excel), and memos/presentations (ie, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Proficiency in English
