Metis Capital is seeking an experienced investor relations professional. This position is location in Palo Alto, CA. Candidates with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:
Experience:
- Thorough understanding of the venture capital ecosystem
- Familiarity with economics of startup financings and venture funds
- Strong relationships with family offices; contacts in SE Asia preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- At least 2 years in a previous IR role
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred
Responsibilities:
- Broaden the firm’s family office network
- Fundraise for the firm’s initiatives
- Fulfill diligence and information requests
- Produce content for prospective and current investors
- Develop messaging based on marketing strategy
