Green Bay Ventures (www.greenbayventures.com) is looking for a motivated, self-starting investment Associate to work with the firm’s founder and other team members on all investment matters. Our firm is invested in many of the most important companies in technology and our investor group counts many of the largest and most important families in the world.

Our new Associate will get a chance to work on a small team with a front row seat to the venture industry, interacting daily with the highest caliber founders, VCs, and Limited Partners. This is a position with real exposure and your fingerprint on the finished product – every time.
You will be in charge of each operational aspects of managing investments, including: due diligence efforts and closings, assisting with deal origination, investor relations, and portfolio company maintenance and valuation. In addition, you will also be responsible for preparing and presenting to the Company’s investment committee all origination, follow-on, quarterly, annual, and exit analysis memos.
A strong candidate will have superior hard financial skills and the ability to take ownership of “the numbers”. We are looking for someone who has deep experience with cap table management, cash flow waterfalls, market analysis, financial modeling, plus cash flow, balance sheet, and income statements.
This position is remote but requires occasional travel to San Francisco.
