Job Description
Accolade is looking to hire an investment analyst with 1-2 years of relevant work experience (financial services, consulting, technology, etc.). Candidates applying directly from undergrad must have exceptional and relevant internship experience in investment management and financial services. The investment analyst will be a member of the investment team, who evaluates both fund and direct investments. Analysts will provide critical support throughout the investment process, with responsibilities that include quantitative due diligence of new investments, monitoring and tracking Accolade’s existing portfolio, producing marketing materials, as well as assisting with firm operations.
Accolade is a fast-paced and entrepreneurial work environment. Analysts are expected to maintain a high level of quality, accuracy and attention to detail in their deliverables. Promising candidates will possess superior analytical capabilities, a thorough understanding of financial statements and a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
The position is a minimum two-year commitment. Exceptional performers may be considered for a third year.
Washington, DC relocation required.
