BBQ Capital VC Internship
I am looking for a US intern to join my team of 1 at BBQ Capital. Specifically, this person would help me navigate the current YC batch, conduct diligence, compile the company list, identify winners, book calls, make memos, and attend demo day. Over and above this there is some housekeeping to do – help me set up Airtable with our current investments, leads, founders, etc. Help with writing memos and LP updates.
About BBQ Capital: A little about BBQ Capital, we started as a $2M fund in 2019 and have grown to over $120M under management through three strategies. Early seed, pre-seed investors – industry agnostic, mainly co-investing with top-tier VC partners. Our second strategy is follow-on investments in our seed deals with an established LP base. The third is late-stage/secondary deals.
Compensation: Base pay + upside economics on deals made in the next YC batch.
