The role will act as a liaison between our fund operations, compliance, tax teams and work closely with higher management and Partners in the fund. Will be responsible for managing 6+ funds. This role can grow into a CFO , Controller position and Partner track role. This is not an independent role and not an investment role.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Growth Equity Private Equity or Venture Fund Operation Experience is MUST
2. Understanding of Fund Taxes
3. NAV Calculations
4. Venture experience, including understanding of valuations, cap table structure, etc.
5. Strong accounting background
6. Higher Degree and STEM background valued
7. Entrepreneurial with strong time management skill
8. Have strong understanding and experience of US fund financial regulation.
9. Must be a US citizen, based in US.
