Sentiero Ventures, a seed-stage VC firm investing in early-stage AI and tech companies, is hiring a fractional Venture Scout. You’ll source startups by attending in-person and virtual events like demo days, accelerators, and founder meetups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend events and build founder relationships
- Identify and refer high-potential startups
- Represent Sentiero Ventures professionally
- Submit brief weekly sourcing reports
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong network in startups/accelerators
- Sharp eye for early-stage talent and ideas
- Comfortable with independent, flexible work
- Must be able to travel to events around the Austin and San Antonio Area
Details:
- 3–6 hours/week
- Monthly retainer + success bonuses
