We’re expanding our Venture Scout & Venture Capitalist In Residence (VIR) network — LvlUp’s extended team of operators, investors, and connected individuals who help us identify and support the next generation of standout companies. This is a high-leverage seat inside a global venture platform.
We’re looking for individuals who don’t just participate—but represent and further expand LvlUp Ventures.
This means:
- Sourcing top-tier deal flow at scale across your networks and markets
- Opening new doors—partnerships, ecosystems, and high-value opportunities
- Acting as a true ambassador of LvlUp, representing the brand with credibility and precision
This isn’t passive scouting. It’s high-leverage, high-visibility, and built for those who can operate at the level our platform demands.
Role Description
As a Venture Scout, you’ll be an extension of LvlUp Ventures — sourcing high-potential founders, identifying emerging opportunities, and connecting exceptional companies into our investment ecosystem.
You’ll have direct access to:
- LvlUp’s global deal flow engine
- Our leadership and core team
- LvlUp’s network spanning founders, operators, and investors worldwide
- Promotion opportunities including leading LvlUp global investment centers, becoming a deal flow partner, analyst, principal, and more.
- An opportunity to directly get involved in the investment and selection process
Roles
A performance-driven pathway into venture:
- Venture Scout — source high-quality startups, earn per qualified deal + upside
- Venture Fellow — deeper involvement in deal flow, increased access + economics
- Associate Venture Partner — lead sourcing and ecosystem efforts in key markets
Top performers unlock expanded roles across LvlUp:
- Deal Flow Partners — consistent sourcing with a part-time salary + upside (top Deal Flow Partners can even scout full-time)
- Global Investment Center Leadership — lead regional hubs (e.g., Dubai, NYC, LATAM)
- Additional Full-Time Roles — investment, platform, and ecosystem leadership
What You’ll Do
- Source and refer high-quality startups across any sector or stage
- Represent LvlUp at events, online, and across your network — expanding the LvlUp brand
- Build relationships with founders, operators, and ecosystem players
- Identify breakout trends, markets, and talent early
- Support select companies through introductions and ecosystem access
- Contribute to LvlUp’s global pipeline of 1,000+ companies backed
