As we continue to expand our investment activities and position in the ecosystem, we are now looking to add a Principal to our team.
The Role
As Principal, you will be at the forefront of identifying, evaluating, and executing top-tier investment opportunities in technology companies across sectors and stages, and establishing strong relationships with founders.
From first investment to successful exit, you will work alongside the founders every step of the way, providing strategic guidance in the boardroom and hands-on support for everyday challenges.
We expect you to lead investments and to take responsibility for the outcomes in close collaboration with the rest of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Originating differentiated, top-tier investment opportunities, by growing and leveraging a robust network of founders, VCs, and industry experts.
- Developing investment conviction through rigorous commercial and technological analysis and excellent character judgment.
- Leading negotiations and transactions from term sheet to closing.
- Fostering growth and long-term value creation in our portfolio companies by actively working alongside the founders, providing strategic guidance in the boardroom and hands-on support for everyday challenges.
- Support fundraising activities, investor relations, and community engagement in our funds and portfolio companies.
About You
You bring 5+ years of experience from venture capital, private equity, or a similarly demanding environment, an affinity for emerging technologies, along with a natural ability to build and nurture strong relationships.
You have demonstrated transaction experience and a track record of leading or co-leading investments in founder led companies from initial engagement through closing, active board involvement, and sustained value creation that have resulted in clear revenue impact.
Your ability to combine deep analytical sharpness with commercial instinct as an elite dealmaker is essential – but so is your ability to build trust and strong long-term relationships with founders and the ecosystem.
You have low ego, high empathy and excellent social intelligence with the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
You build credibility through proactive preparation, consistency, and sound judgment – and you convert that credibility into outcomes.
You are ambitious, hold high standards, and seek responsibility, impact, and long-term alignment.
You communicate fluently and professionally in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
