Your tasks

• You optimize and standardize Ops processes along the supply chain with a focus on logistics, material planning, purchasing and warehousing .
• You identify inefficiencies , conduct root cause analyses , and implement measurable improvements (e.g., lead times, inventory, delivery performance, missing parts).
• You will build analyses, dashboards and reports for operational management (E2E transparency, bottlenecks, SLA and ticket tracking).
• You define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) (e.g., OTIF, Inventory Accuracy, Stock Turns, Backlog, Ticket Aging) including interpretation and derivation of measures.
• You drive end-to-end projects : scope/business case, prioritization, implementation, rollout, adoption and sustainable anchoring (SOPs, training).
• You manage stakeholders cross-functionally in Operations as well as at the interfaces to Product (including Leads Product) and Tech (data, automation, tooling).
• You provide clear recommendations and updates in direct reporting to the Managing Directors (reviews, decisions, action tracking).

Your profile

• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in Operations / Supply Chain , process optimization, Analytics or a comparable, data-driven environment.
• A background in high-performance environments (start-up/scale-up, management consulting , PE/VC , venture building) is a strong plus.
• You combine Analytical Excellence with Ownership : you work in a structured, decision-oriented manner and consistently bring topics to fruition.
• You are strong in stakeholder management (alignment, decision-making, conflict resolution, clear communication).
• You have experience in KPI setup and reporting/dashboards (e.g., data aggregation in Snowflake/AirTable + data visualization in Tableau/PowerBI).
• You can cleanly translate requirements between Ops, Product, and Tech .
• German and English fluently.
