Our portfolio includes over 25 disruptive companies, such as SpaceX, Databricks, Persona AI (pre-seed lead) Stripe, Anthropic, Figure AI, Anduril, Shield AI, Harvey, among many others. We are currently actively deploying in: Artificial Intelligence, MLOps, Robotics, Deep Tech.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and well-connected Venture Partner to join our team at Unity Growth Fund. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Reston, VA, with the potential to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with potential investors, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors
- Execute fundraising strategies to raise substantial capital for fund vehicles
- Manage the due diligence process for potential investors
- Close investment commitments and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new investors
Investor Relations
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing investors and provide regular updates on fund performance and portfolio developments
- Represent Unity Growth Fund at industry events, conferences, meetings
- Continuously expand and strengthen your network within the investment community to identify new potential investors
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully raising significant capital for private equity or venture capital funds
- Extensive experience in capital raising and investor relations, preferably in the technology sector
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Robust network and connections within the high-net-worth, family office, and institutional investment communities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
