The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Partner to join our founding team. This is a Partner-level role with equity ownership in the management company and a meaningful share of carry in our future funds.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Proven Track Record in Growth-Stage Investing

 You’ll bring direct experience leading and managing Series B+ investments, ideally with a later-stage VC or growth equity fund. Your track record should include successful exits, with clear attribution to your role in those deals.

✅ Institutional Credibility

 You should have experience raising institutional capital, particularly from superannuation funds, sovereign wealth funds, or family offices. You’ll understand what institutional LPs look for in a fund team and investment process.

✅ Deep Network in the Global Tech Ecosystem

 You are respected by founders, co-investors, and institutional LPs, and you know how to unlock deal flow across the region’s top technology companies.

✅ Operational Insight and Hands-On Approach

 Beyond capital, Remarkable Ventures offers real operational support to our portfolio companies. Ideally, you’ve been on the tools yourself—as a founder, operator, or board member—helping companies scale from Series B to successful exit.

✅ Global Mindset

 While our focus is New Zealand and Australia, our companies scale globally. International investment and capital markets experience—especially in the US, Europe, Asia-Pacific, or the Middle East—will be highly valued.
