About Us: Intelligence Ventures is an emerging venture capital firm dedicated to cultivating innovation at the intersection of artificial intelligence and healthcare within the United States. Our initial fund, AI Health Fund I, focuses on companies that leverage artificial intelligence to increase efficiencies and solve complex problems in drug development, clinical trials, diagnosis, and treatment. We are industry vertical agnostic, believing that generative AI and specific ML models can drive innovation in biotech, pharma, medtech, and diagnostics.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Partner (GP) to join AI Health Fund I. This role is pivotal to the fund’s success, with the primary responsibility of raising capital. The ideal candidate will have an extensive network and a proven track record in venture capital, specifically in securing and managing investments from Limited Partners (LPs). This role is specifically for AI Health Fund I and does not extend to Intelligence Ventures as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead capital-raising efforts for AI Health Fund I, targeting LPs.
• Leverage existing network to bring in substantial capital commitments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing LPs.
• Collaborate with the managing director to shape the fund’s strategy and investment thesis.
• Oversee the deployment of capital and manage the portfolio of investments.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to portfolio companies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in venture capital fundraising, with established LP relationships.
• Strong network within the venture capital and investment community.
• CFA or MBA preferred.
• Deep expertise in healthcare (biotech, pharma, medical devices, diagnostics) or AI/ML is a plus.
• Experience running or co-managing a venture capital fund.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and technology.
