In any other market, an inefficiency this large would be arbitraged away – but public equities simply lack a systematic, repeatable way to rescue and redeploy underperforming capital at scale.

Role: Venture Partner

We’re looking for a true entrepeneurial operator – someone who can source, underwrite, and execute transactions, not just analyze them. You’ll work closely with the founder and leadership to identify opportunities across the public markets and other special situations. This is a builder role, not a corporate one.

What You’ll Do

• Source and lead execution of investments and transformative transactions
• Collaborate cross-border to move fast on transaction structuring and capital formation
• Take ownership end-to-end: from idea to closing
• Move at startup speed – no bloated process, no slide decks for the sake of it

We’re Looking for People Who Are:

• 6+ years in venture capital, special situations, investment banking, restructuring, private equity, or principal investing
• Relentlessly resourceful – you hunt deals, not wait for them
• Sharp, numerate, and fast – you understand structure and risk instinctively
• Hands-on – you’re ready to underwrite a deal on Monday and negotiate it on Tuesday
• Comfortable with ambiguity, urgency, and high expectations
• Hungry to be part of something early, fast-moving, and high impact
