We are building a portfolio of new ventures and are seeking an experienced startup founder, venture investor, or senior technology executive to join as a Venture Partner.
Our organization includes 250+ team members globally supporting the creation and scaling of multiple ventures. We focus on identifying high-potential opportunities, recruiting exceptional founders, and launching new companies from concept to early growth.
This role is designed for experienced operators who want to help shape and launch multiple startups while contributing strategically in a flexible, fractional capacity.

What You’ll Do
Venture Strategy
- Identify and evaluate new venture opportunities
- Help shape the venture portfolio strategy and opportunity pipeline
- Prioritize ventures based on market potential and strategic fit
Founder & CEO Recruitment
- Identify and introduce exceptional founders and venture CEOs
- Assist in evaluating leadership teams for new ventures
- Mentor founders during early-stage development
Venture Creation
- Support the launch of startups from concept to market
- Provide strategic guidance to early-stage leadership teams
- Share insights from building and scaling companies
Investor & Ecosystem Connections
- Introduce relevant investors and strategic partners
- Leverage relationships within the startup ecosystem
- Support ventures in developing key partnerships
Ideal Background
This role is well suited for someone who has:
- Built or scaled a successful startup
- Served as a venture partner, investor, founder, or senior technology executive
- Experience launching or scaling high-growth companies
- Strong network within the startup and venture ecosystem
- Experience mentoring founders or advising early-stage companies
Structure
- Fractional engagement ~5–10 hours per week
- Combination of cash compensation
