Seven Lanes is a Geneva-based, early-stage impact venture capital firm investing in impact funds and impact companies. We are on a mission to tackle the most pressing challenges of our time by backing exceptional managers and founders building climate change adaptation, materially reducing CO2 emissions, sucking carbon out of the sky, or enabling technologies across multi-trillion-dollar economic sectors, while making money in the process.

• Source of top-quartile impact fund managers in Europe / US;
• Conduct due diligence, produce investment memos, pitch to IC, ticket sizing according to AuM;
• Post-investment management i.e. portfolio monitoring, reporting and strategic value-add when necessary

• Experience – You have at least 5+ years of experience investing in VC funds;
• Well networked – You have a strong network of GPs within the VC space;

• Resourcefulness – You pride yourself on being knowledgeable, resourceful and able to learn complex concepts quickly;
• Prioritization – You have excellent attention to details but can equally focus on what matters most and wait on the rest; you’re great at thoughtfully saying no to others;
• Adaptability – You can triage needs and context-switch quickly and effortlessly;
• Communications – You have excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills;
• Teamwork – Everyone loves working with you and feels energized after engaging with you, contributing to a thriving team culture;
• Integrity – You demonstrate 100% commitment to the highest ethical standards;
• Attitude – You can “elevate the room” through your work ethic, curiosity, can-do attitude and sense of humor in hectic times;
• Multispoken – Excellent command of English language, additional languages (French, German, Spanish) are a strong plus;
• Academics – you have an MSc in economics, banking, finance, or business administration.
