VC Manager @ Emerald Ventures in Zurich, Switzerland

To expand our capacity in Fund Operations, we are seeking an entrepreneurial person to join our team in Zurich with an outstanding knowledge in Finance & Accounting. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth investment and investor reporting operations.

· Bachelor/Master’s in finance/accounting

· 3-5 years of working experience in finance or audit, preferably in VC/PE industry

· Fluent English is a must, other language are a plus

· Very good excel skills

· Customer orientated approach

· Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail

· Ability to work independently with a problem-solving mindset

· Flair for and interest in developing and working with digital tools

· Preparing Fund reporting to investors for several venture capital funds

· Preparing valuations of venture capital investments

· Supporting the annual audit process for funds and mandates

· Monitoring KPIs and financial performance of portfolio companies and reporting to internal and external stakeholders

· Providing support to liquidity management

· Participating in the development of digital tools and other projects

· Managing know-your-customer processes alongside service providers

· Preparing tax reports for investors together with external experts

· Answering ad-hoc queries from investors and management as required

· Supporting the preparation for investor presentations
