To promote our strategic development, we have set up Blum Ventures – our organizational unit for strategic investments in startups and the development of corporate ventures. Our goal: to identify and promote new technologies, business models and revenue sources for the future. • lead venture projects in a dynamic environment and make strategic decisions
• develop validation concepts to quickly test new business ideas and focus resources on projects with the highest potential for success
• create sound decision-making bases such as business plans, market analyses, prototypes and market launch strategies
• build and coordinate interdisciplinary teams – both internally and with external experts and work closely with stakeholders from different business areas
• coach and accompany teams as sparring partners throughout the venture building process. You organize and moderate workshops with your in-depth expertise, focus on the relevant content and actively support the teams
