Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role as a Pre-Seed Investor at MFV Partners in our Chicago Office. As an Investor, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including sourcing investment prospects, market research, conducting due diligence, analyzing investment opportunities, and assisting with portfolio management. This role is a partner track opportunity with generous carried interest and market compensation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or Sciences
- Experience in working with formation-stage entrepreneurs
- Investment or startup operating experience in deep tech
- Keen interest and curiosity in emerging technology areas
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
