The firm is currently looking for a Analyst or Associate to join the team. This person will be instrumental to the informing the team’s investment decisions: primarily focused on driving evaluation of new firm investments, while also developing investment theses and sourcing new deal opportunities. This is a career track role, with the goal being to develop and refine the entire venture and growth investing skillset. You will:

  • Drive the various workstreams associated with the investment evaluation process, informing and delivering investment decision recommendations to the investment committee
  • Execute financial and customer analysis, market opportunity assessment, business operations review, and long-term financial projections
  • Where applicable, help manage third-party experts for business or market evaluation, scope the work and time frames for deliverables, and manage third parties to ensure high quality work as an input to decision making
  • Support thought leadership work on benchmarking and portfolio management across the firm
  • Develop investment theses, source investment opportunities within those theses, and develop relationships with potential entrepreneur partners across the Internet world


  • 1-5 years of full-time work experience, including experience in VC, Private Equity, Growth Equity, Investment Banking or DD-focused Consulting
  • Native fluency in a major European language (French, Spanish, Swedish, etc.) is required
  • Strong business judgment, analytical acumen and research experience, with the ability to synthesize work streams and drive big picture thinking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized and process driven, with strong project management expertise
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and to parallel process multiple work streams
  • Technology / software experience preferred
