’m looking for someone to work alongside me as we scale Campus Fund – a $100M fund investing in students, college dropouts, and recent graduates.
Here’s what the role looks like:
6-12 years of work experience. High agency. Low ego. Someone who finds solutions, not excuses. Someone who gets things done – fast, and well.
This isn’t a “job.” This is a mission. You need to be willing to go all out for the next 5 years, minimum. Campus Fund has to be your priority. Not a pit stop. Not a line on your resume.
We’re building the institution that powers the next generation of big companies out of India.
That takes a certain kind of person – one who thrives in hustle, operates 24/7 when needed, and brings complete ownership to everything they touch.
