Aware Fund is a family office-backed venture studio focused on capital formation for real-world asset ventures across traditional and crypto-native rails. We are reviewing applications for part-time and full-time roles supporting active initiatives in partnership with the GP.
Hiring 4 Junior, 2 Senior, and 1 Principal Software Engineer
This family office is looking to hire those with experience or strong interest in capital formation for real-world assets across traditional and crypto rails. You’ll work directly with the GP on active initiatives.
Time: Part Time (intern) or Full Time
Location: Remote
Economics: performance-based on target earning (OTE) for full time equivalent (FTE)
• Junior (0-3 yr experience): ~$5k–$12k/month
• Senior (3-8 yrs experience): ~$12k–$25k/month
• Principal (8+ yrs and/or demonstrable track record): cash + deal-level participation in studio-created companies
