Altos Ventures is growing our investment team in the Bay Area. We’re looking for an exceptional early-career Investor — ideally, someone with strong product intuition who knows what it’s like to build something. We back hedgehog founders building enduring businesses for the long haul, so we value people who’ve been in the thick of it — figuring things out, solving real problems, and making things work with limited resources.
