Vorwerk Ventures is an independent venture capital fund with €400 million in assets under management. We invest in visionary founders who are driving positive change for people and the environment with innovative business models. Our focus is on the food , health , and efficiency sectors – with initial investments between €1 million and €5 million and a reserve of up to €15 million for follow-on financing

To support our fundraising and investor relations team, we are looking for a motivated intern (m/f/d) for a period of six months , starting immediately, who will support us in the further development of our network and communication with existing and potential investors.

Tasks

  • Creation and implementation of automation solutions to make repetitive tasks and data flows in fundraising (e.g., CRM, outreach, reporting) more efficient
  • Develop internal tools and scripts that integrate with relevant APIs (e.g., CRM, deal flow, or market data connections)
  • Research and qualification of potential investors in the venture capital environment
  • Support in creating and continuously maintaining fundraising materials (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, reports)
  • Updating presentations and documents (German/English)
  • Assisting with the creation of newsletters and investor updates
  • Support in preparing for meetings, calls and events with investors
  • Maintenance, structuring and expansion of our CRM system for systematic investor documentation
  • Conducting market and competitive analyses to strategically support the fundraising process.

Qualification

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Management, Business Communication, Engineering, or a related field
  • Initial relevant professional experience in management consulting, venture capital or in an agile, growth-oriented environment (e.g. startup, scale-up)
  • Experience with low-code/no-code tools (especially n8n, Zapier, Make) or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Interest in venture capital, startups and/or private equity
  • Highly structured, independent and conscientious work style
  • Proficient use of common office tools (especially PowerPoint, Excel); experience with CRM systems
