VC Internship @ Tilia Impact Ventures in Prague, Czech Republic

Tilia Impact Ventures is a leading Central European venture capital fund. We invest in the new generation of European founders who are building scalable technology to address the greatest social and environmental challenges of our time.

We are looking for an intern to join our investment team from September 2025 on a part time basis (~20 hours per week) alongside your studies for the next 6-12 months.

This is not a remote position – we look forward to seeing you in person in our Prague office! Unfortunately, we may not be able to respond to applications from other locations.

What you will do: 

👉 Source startups and engage with founders

👉 Analyse market & technology trends

👉 Evaluate which investments are right fit for Tilia

👉 Support the investment structuring

👉 Drive the fund’s smooth operations (everything from helping our portfolio companies, to reporting and marketing)

What we look for:

👉 Analytical mind from any background: Great investors come from different backgrounds, so we are keeping an open mind. We are happy to hear from you if you have a technical (engineering/software), startup or domain expertise (climate, education, healthcare) background. Whatever your field, you must be able to demonstrate serious analytical prowess and independent thinking. Finance skills are a bonus but not necessary – we are prepared to teach investment finance to a motivated learner.
