Maki VC
We’re a tight team of thirteen located in Helsinki, now looking for interns with a growth mindset to join us for 4-6 months. We have one full-time position for spring 2025 and one for autumn 2025. This is your chance to build valuable connections, dive deep into venture capital, and learn from Maki House’s network of 53 companies and over 100 limited partners, many of whom are exited entrepreneurs.
What you’ll be doing with us
- Searching for interesting startups from the Nordics & Baltics
- Analyzing dealflow
- Assisting the team in evaluating potential startups
- Supporting and helping the team in organizing events and representing Maki.vc in the Nordic startup community
- Helping with marketing tasks
- Industry analyses
- Anything else you are good at!
What we look for
- Curiosity towards the Nordic & Baltic startup ecosystem
- You are team-oriented, but able to carry out projects independently
- Fluency in English
- University level student: our investors come from all fields of study (social sciences, technology and economics, to name a few) so we’re not fixed on a specific degree

The internship is paid. The exact start and end dates can be negotiated. Our office is located in one of Europe’s largest startup campuses in central Helsinki.
