Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the SPIN Labs team to support early-stage music technology startups, including DropYacht, Matchfy, Propeller, RaxVerse, Remedy Tech, Spintel, Tuneforte, and Matchfy.
• Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the music technology space.
• Help organize and participate in events and workshops aimed at fostering creativity and innovation in the music industry.
• Support the incubation process of selected startups, including assisting with pitch preparation, product development, and strategic planning.
• Contribute to the development of marketing and communication materials to promote SPIN Labs and its portfolio companies.
• Assist in partnership and sponsorship creation efforts to strategically grow Spin Labs.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in music, technology, business, or a related field.
• Experience in sourcing startups as well as conducting investment analysis, due diligence, and creating investment memos.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for music and technology, with a strong desire to make a difference in the industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an early-stage VC Firm, accelerator, or venture studio.
• Knowledgeable in operations of a business unit, preferably a startup accelerator and/or venture studio.
