We are looking for an operational profile to join the team, in the Portfolio Management and Operations position .
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist the COO with the fund’s daily infrastructure demands, ensuring that all operations run efficiently.
- Support the management of investment portfolio numbers, including the collection, analysis and presentation of financial and operational data.
- Collaborate with the investment team in due diligence activities and in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Maintain the organization and updating of fund documents and records.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, proposing innovative and efficient solutions.
- Follow market news and reports, bringing insights and updates to the team.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events and other operational activities of the company.
- Manage fund spreadsheets and automate data.
