Starting in July 2025, we offer you the opportunity to support either our Investment Team or our Strategy & Operations Team as an intern – tailored to your interests, background, and skills.

• Support in fundraising, operations and start-up sourcing (including scouting and due diligence)
• Participation in the further development of the corporate strategy and identification of new growth opportunities
• Support in business development, especially in expanding the investor network, developing pooling offers and other business areas
• Conducting market and competitive analyses to derive strategic recommendations for action

• Above-average Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a leading university
• Initial practical experience in strategy consulting, private equity, venture capital or business development of a top start-up
• Motivation to continuously learn and strong team player qualities
• Talent for setting priorities and completing tasks in a structured and reliable manner
• Interest in start-ups, innovation and venture capital
• Fluent German and English skills
