So we’re now looking for a passionate & hard-working intern to join our Venture Capital team as analyst starting March 2026 in our Paris office for 6 months.

In January 2018, Idinvest Partners became a part of Eurazeo, a leading global investment company with more than €39 billion under management. So, we are now the Venture Capital arm of Eurazeo.

In Tech, Eurazeo has an extensive Tech platform to invest in European entrepreneurs from seed to pre-IPO, with multiple VC teams as well as a growth team, with which we work closely to build a super strong tech ecosystem.

  • Team: Louis, Maxime & Bastien in very close collaboration with the 20 other team members of the Digital, Smart City and Growth practices.
  • Investment vehicles: main specificity of our team is to manage >10 funds, each representing between 30 and 100m€. Ticket sizes range between 1 to 15m€.
  • Investment thesis: our different funds may have different investment theses, but overall we invest in :
    • Pre-Seed to Series B
    • All industries (with some specific interest in HealthTech, Fintech, B2B services)
    • 70% France / 30% Rest of Europe
    • Lead or co-lead (mostly)
    • We assume a conviction-driven, opportunistic and contrarian approach

What you will be doing

Part I – Screening/meeting (40% of your time)

  • Meet entrepreneurs with the team every week
  • Source & identify the most promising technologies and companies & present them to the team
  • Dig deep into specific tech topics to help the team build a thesis on industries & trends

Part II – Due Diligence (40% of your time)

Play a key role in due diligence & closing processes :

  • Participate in due diligence meetings, reference calls, product and technical due diligence
  • Perform competitive landscape research, market sizing, business plan modelling
  • Assist term sheet negotiations
  • Draft of the investment memorandum

Part III – Investor Relations (20% of your time)

  • Help us manage our relationships with our LPs through opportunity sharing, portfolio management, events and special reports on trends they are interested in
  • Build and enhance internal processes

Who we’re looking for

  • A genuine interest in technology & entrepreneurship. You don’t need you to be a VC ecosystem’s expert, but we would expect you to show a vivid interest for entrepreneurship, new technologies and tech companies.
  • At least 1 internship / work experience in a challenging field. We’re open to all industries and positions – what we’re looking for is someone who has had meaningful responsibilities. Experience in investment banking, strategy consulting and/or in a start-up / scale-up are a plus.
  • Proven rigor & analytical skills. You would be an ANALYST intern, so being able to analyze might come in handy :)
  • Curious & open-minded. You will meet new people, new businesses and new industries every day. So wanting to learn more about things you know nothing about is an absolute necessity.
  • Autonomous & organized. You will need to juggle different tasks with different investors, be able to prioritize your work and be proactive in leveraging the team.
  • Fluent in French / English – both written & communication skills.
