Disruptive Ventures
Disruptive Ventures is now looking for a student to join our portfolio company Coeo, a Swedish tech platform that simplifies and improves how professional associations, industry organizations and companies plan, market and manage their events. Coeo is growing rapidly and you have the chance to be part of the journey!
Your role
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Coeo’s commercial team and help improve their sales and marketing efforts towards several key customer segments. Initially, you will work with CRM structuring, prospecting and analysis to further take your own sales calls.
You gain insight into a young SaaS company’s business model, work with sharp customer data and develop concrete evidence that strengthens sales and growth.
Examples of tasks:
- Review and structure data in the CRM system
- Map and prospect new companies within target groups such as event agencies, professional associations and industry organizations
- Collect contact information for the right people (event and communication decision-makers)
- Develop methods for exporting and processing leads for email mailings and campaigns
- Identify and analyze “sister associations” to existing customers for continued expansion
- Work on categorizing titles such as “Event Manager” based on needs and segments
- Contribute to structured work where data quality is the focus
You work in a structured and curious manner to understand markets, needs and decision-making paths, and create data that helps the team make smart, strategic decisions.
We are looking for you as
- Studying at university/college in, for example, economics, technology, business development or similar with at least 1 year left of studies
- Interested in business development, market analysis and sales
- Have very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and oral.
As a person, you are communicative, independent and structured. We also believe that you are curious and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where you get to be involved and have an impact.
Practical information
- Scope: Part-time, approx. 10 hours/week during semesters (flexible during exam periods)
- Location: 100% remote
- Employment: You will be employed by Disruptive Ventures but work for Coeo
