Curiosity is a next-generation venture capital firm based in Amsterdam, investing in the future of AI-powered B2B software across the Benelux, Nordics, and Baltics. Founded in 2021 by two seasoned operator-investors and supported by a tight-knit team and vibrant network of advisors, founders, and LPs, we’re on a mission to back visionary entrepreneurs at the earliest stages and help them grow into category leaders.

As we gear up for our next fund, we’re expanding our investment team, and this is your chance to jump into the action.

We’re looking for an Investment Analyst Intern to join our team in Amsterdam. If you’re passionate about startups, fascinated by AI, and ready to roll up your sleeves to support real investment decisions, this role offers a front-row seat to the venture capital world, with potentially a path toward a full-time offer ahead of Fund II.

What You’ll Do:

• Scout tomorrow’s tech leaders: Identify and connect with ambitious founders building cutting-edge AI-driven B2B startups across Europe.
• Dive deep: Research industries, evaluate competitive landscapes, and analyze financial and market data to assess new opportunities.
• Help shape decisions: Collaborate on investment memos, internal reporting, and strategic documents that drive our investment approach.
• Support our portfolio: Be hands-on with the startups we’ve already backed, offering support where it’s needed most.

What We’re Looking For:

• You’re curious, proactive, and thrive in fast-moving environments.
• You’re currently studying or recently graduated in business, finance, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• You’ve had a taste of high-intensity work through internships or projects in startups, consulting, VC, or banking.
• You love technology, are intrigued by AI, and have a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• You’re a clear communicator who works well with others, and if you already have a network in the tech ecosystem, even better.
• You bring analytical rigor, pragmatic thinking, and a problem-solving mindset to everything you do.
• You’re fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus, not a must).
• Bonus points if you know the startup scenes in the Benelux, Nordics, or Baltics.

What We Offer:

• A paid internship (4–6 months, 40 hours/week) with a monthly fee of €600, plus travel reimbursement up to €200/month.
